Chairman and CEO, CIPRA

Dr. Sari AlQahtani is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in steering strategic initiatives that drive innovation and growth in the technology sector. His expertise spans corporate strategy, digital transformation, and leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management, including budgeting and fundraising.

Dr. AlQahtani holds a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and has completed advanced programs in leadership, corporate strategy, and design thinking at London Business School and UCL School of Management. Dr AlQahtani is focused on delivering scalable, ethical, and impactful AI-driven products, empowering organizations to solve complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. Known for building high-performing teams and cultivating strategic partnerships, Paresh is passionate about harnessing the power of AI to create a smarter, more sustainable, and inclusive future.

He serves as Vice Chairman of the Saudi Oceana Countries Business Council, a member of the Saudi-Emirates Business Council, and the Saudi-Canadian Business Council, contributing to fostering international collaborations in technology and AI..

A visionary leader and strategic innovator, Paresh Deshmukh is a Serial entrepreneur, evangelist, and philanthropist. He is a Founder and CEO of Baseel Partners, which is spread across 100-plus countries. He brings over 28 years of expertise in Technology, risk management, cyber security, business resilience, and IT governance. His career includes pivotal roles in leading global organizations, where he built a reputation for addressing complex business challenges with innovative solutions.

As a serial entrepreneur, Paresh has a proven record of identifying market opportunities, building high-growth ventures, and forming strategic partnerships. His leadership fosters innovation, collaboration, and exceptional value delivery to customers and stakeholders across industries.
